Cecile has enjoyed an international career, having held executive positions with Kingfisher and Darty, following which she took the opportunity to build on her professional qualifications as a Chartered Director in France and the UK whilst building a portfolio of non-Executive positions. She also has 10 years of experience in Audit and Transaction Services at PwC (Paris and New York),
Over the past years, she has served as a Non-Executive Director on the board of three large-listed businesses (Manitou, Antalis and Sequana) and, until recently, was CEO of the French Institute of Directors for two years.
